The Programme is delivered primarily online and in hybrid format, with physical attendance in Greece required only for two onsite educational events: the Bootcamp, held in October, and the Hackathon, held in June.

For participation in these short-term onsite activities, non-EU students may apply for a Type C Schengen visa, subject to the requirements and assessment of the competent Greek Consular Authorities.

Students may apply for:

• a single-entry Schengen visa for each educational event; or
• a double-entry Schengen visa covering both the Bootcamp and the Hackathon, where applicable.

As the Programme does not require continuous physical presence in Greece and is primarily delivered online, it does not normally constitute a long-term study arrangement requiring a Type D national visa.

Students are advised to apply well in advance and to consult the Global Visa Center website for the applicable visa application procedures and supporting-document requirements.

Please note that the final decision regarding the type, duration and validity of the visa rests exclusively with the competent Greek Consular Authorities.

Through the Student Portal (Greek: "Foititologio") you can register for your semester courses, review your grades, and apply for official certificates (registration / study certificate, transcript of records, Erasmus certificate etc.).

Course registration via the Student Portal typically takes place in November for 1st-semester courses and 3rd-semester assignments, and in April for 2nd-semester courses. You will receive an email notification once the course registration period begins.
