Our e-Campaigning students explored this in two sessions designed in collaboration with our partner Thalis Laspias, Product Manager at Hellas Direct — a leading digital insurance company in Greece.
In the first online session, Thalis introduced the basics of product thinking and how an experimental mindset can enhance communication — identifying assumptions, testing ideas, and refining messaging based on real data.
Together with Lambros Romanos, Omni-loyalty Manager at Philip Morris International, they discussed the use of behavioral economics and nudging techniques to make messaging more effective by strategically influencing user decisions.
In the second session, held at Hellas Direct's headquarters in Athens, our students interacted with two other Hellas Direct executives — Michalis Prasinos, Head of Growth Analytics, and Dimitris Tzanekas, Digital Analytics & Engagement Manager. Together, they shared how the company conducts real-world communications experiments that deliver measurable results.

Finally, students put theory into practice — working in teams to develop and present their own creative, data-informed proposals, based on a real brief.
